Marketing Manager - York

The brand has an exciting growth strategy, with big ambitions and is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager that is keen to use their experience to develop and oversee implementation of strategic marketing plans for the company.

You’ll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, E-commerce Manager and Marketing Team and be responsible for driving leads from various online and offline channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and direct customer segments
  • Analyse customer insights / trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Manage Yearly Marketing Campaign Calendar
  • Create and manage tactical marketing campaigns that support key objectives ensuring campaigns are managed within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Track and analyse the performance of campaigns (e.g. through lead generation, GP, team KPI’s) and use this data to recommend improvements for future campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand identity and reflect the Companies values.
  • Work collaboratively with and build strong work relationships PR agencies and other key external agencies
  • Propose and manage collaboration relationships with other brands
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Manage, coach and develop Marketing Executives within the team.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Skills and experience needed for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5 years experience in Marketing management
  • Experience in interiors industry is advantageous
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans, campaigns and events
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Location: York City Centre

Working hours: 0900 – 1700 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Occasional ad hoc hours outside of these hours may occasionally be needed.
