TILES Not satisfied with your tiles? Just return them within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Do make sure you are happy before you start installation. We cannot exchange or refund once the tiles are cut or installed! You would be responsible for delivery and for the goods while in transit - our customer service team will be happy to help you find the right delivery service.
BESPOKEWe would not normally be able to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke tiles due to the nature of the making process.
ALL OTHER ORDERSAll wood, brassware, basin and paint orders are 50% non refundable or exchangeable. This is due to the costs incurred in the preparation of the products.This does not affect your statutory rights.
