Floor tiles
Easier to clean and more hardwearing than carpet, tiles are an incredibly practical choice for floors and can be used successfully throughout the home. Our plain styles will create a beautiful, soft finish while our patterned collections make a striking statement and provide plenty of scope for creativity.

Our cement terracotta, marble and terrazzo tiles are all suitable for use on floors. We recommend these tiles as they’re tough and will withstand wear and tear. While all floors experience footfall, certain floor spaces – such as kitchens and hallways – are high-traffic areas and it’s therefore important to ensure the tiles you use are built to last! We don’t recommend our glazed collections for use on floors.
Tiles can be used on floors throughout the home. Thanks to the fact they are very hard wearing, our cement and terracotta tiles are particularly suited to high-traffic areas such as kitchens and hallways but are also stunning in living room or dining room settings. Tiles are also a great choice for bathroom floors, as they are easy to maintain and clean (make sure you use a mild, ph neutral cleaner. Or failing that, washing up liquid and water is fine).

Our patterned tiles are always a popular choice when it comes to floors. Try our Alalpardos, a striking two-tone design that allows you to create your own unique pattern by playing with the tessellations or, for something more classic, our Asquith tiles which feature a traditional pattern that looks great when used on an entrance hall floor. Make a real feature of it by bordering with our herringbone plains in a matching colour.
Speaking of plain tiles, our plain coloured squares make a stunning floor tile. Created using natural pigments, these tiles are packed full of beautiful chalky tones and provide a perfectly pared-back aesthetic. Use one colour or pair two for a chequerboard effect.
Marble floor tiles are another classic choice and will add a touch of glamour to any space. Soften a marble floor with cement tiles on the walls for a texture-packed scheme with tons of personality. We also love to see our Terrazzo tiles used on floors – they look really stunning and will suit a wide range of interiors.
