We want you to love your tiles as much as we do, and ordering tile samples is the best way to make that happen. Here's everything you need to know about the process...
Three reasons to order samples
It's incredibly important to see our products in the natural light of your space to ensure they're the perfect fit.
If you've never been to one of our showrooms, ordering tile samples will give you a real sense of what our tiles are all about.
As we use natural pigments and handmade processes, our items often have their own subtle variations in tone, texture, and depth - seeing them on screen just doesn't do them justice.
Free Delivery
We are offering free delivery on all samples. We can only send one sample per design, but you can order samples of as many different tile designs as you like.
FAQ
How long will my tile sample take to arrive?
Our tile samples will be delivered to you in 3-5 working days, but if you need them sooner, please give us a call or visit one ofour showrooms.
Will the tile sample be a full tile?
Where possible, we send full-sized tiles as samples so you can really get a feel for them.
Anything else I need to know?
Please note that due to the natural pigments and materials that our tiles are made from, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match for samples on made-to-order goods. If you're ever feeling unsure, contact our design team, who are always on hand to help. The way your tiles looks is likely to change as the light shifts throughout the day, so once you have your tile sample/s, make sure you catch them in the morning and evening for a comprehensive overview.
