Ellie Dichler

Ellie is our Chelsea showroom manager and inhouse interior designer. She has a catalogue of commercial and residential projects to her name and has worked on ventures of all sizes, from restaurants and bars to one bed apartments. With a close eye on the detail and her ability to produce beautiful designs, Ellie nurtures every project from idea to reality. When she is not at home with her children, Ellie is in our Chelsea showroom on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She loves colour and is a particular advocate for our Plain Tile Collection.

Sam Ford

Sam is our man in the North. Based in our York showroom, Sam has a background in high-end design. He is also our inhouse digital creator so if you have difficulty visualising a certain tile colour or pattern within a project, he can bring this to life on screen. He has a brilliant eye for design and ability to hone ideas to guide clients through their project.

Nel Theakston


Nel is a creative with a particular love for texture and unique interior schemes. Based in our Chelsea showroom 5 days a week, Nel is always keen to tease out initial ideas and help form beautiful designs with our clients. If she is not working on projects, she is putting together mood boards to inspire and showcase our collections. Nel is the owner of Tayto, the resident Chelsea showroom corgi.

Tom Bowman


Tom is our head of sales and go-to for technical queries. Splitting his time between York and London, Tom is a trained furniture designer with career roots in design and manufacture. He has the perfect balance of design and practical nous with an in-depth understanding of the behaviour and fabric of our tiles. Having recently renovated his home in Nottingham with the majority of work done by his own hand to a beautiful result, Tom is the ultimate Swiss Army Knife of the company.

Step by Step Guide 

01.
Request a FREE design consultation by clicking the link below.

02.
One of our designers will be in touch via email to confirm the appointment and to request any drawings, photographs and inspirational images which may help when choosing your tiles. The more we know about your project, the better!

03.
Our designer will call you at the time you have specified (or meet you in store when we re-open). You can talk through your ideas with your designer on the look you’re hoping to achieve, and they will discuss tile designs and colours, taking into account your unique space, light and design taste.

04.
Following your session, you will be sent a mood board and a summary with your chosen tiles for each room specified, along with a special 10% design discount code to use when ordering.

05.
If needed, we can recommend a tiler, but if you already have one, we’ll be happy to share a copy of your chosen tiles and mood images with them before your project begins.
