Nel is a creative with a particular love for texture and unique interior schemes. Based in our Chelsea showroom 5 days a week, Nel is always keen to tease out initial ideas and help form beautiful designs with our clients. If she is not working on projects, she is putting together mood boards to inspire and showcase our collections. Nel is the owner of Tayto, the resident Chelsea showroom corgi.

    Louise

Louise Curnuck is our in-house interior designer. Based in Chelsea, Louise is available for consultations every Thursday 12-5pm.

We’ve known Louise for a while now and always felt her approach to design aligns closely with ours. “For me, it's important to approach every project objectively and start by considering the space, building, its use and location, before developing a response to that,” she says. “That's the most exciting part - the energy that builds until you find that starting point, which almost always comes from the client, even if they don't know it. It's about them and their environment, not my style.”

    Sam

Sam is our man in the North. Based in our York showroom, Sam has a background in high-end design.

Sam is our man in the North. Based in our York showroom, Sam has a background in high-end design. He is also our inhouse digital creator so if you have difficulty visualising a certain tile colour or pattern within a project, he can bring this to life on screen. He has a brilliant eye for design and ability to hone ideas to guide clients through their project.

    Claire

With a 10-year career spanning the fashion, accessories & interiors industries Claire has knowledge of product, colour & trends

With a 10-year career spanning the fashion, accessories and interiors industries Claire has an all-round knowledge of product, colour and trends and loves nothing more than a spectacular before and after makeover! She has firsthand experience managing her own freelance projects, from single rooms to full house renovations and understands the build from behind the walls right through to the finishing touches. If you have a vision, she’ll relish in making it a reality using our beautiful tiles at the heart of the design.

    Rebecca

Every great design starts life as a beautiful moodboard and Rebecca loves combining colour, pattern and material into a palette of ideas.

Rebecca has a well-rounded background, studying architecture before shifting focus to interiors, she has a strong grasp of the design process as a whole and a keen eye for detail. Creating beautiful interiors is always top priority whilst keeping one eye on the practical side. Every great design starts life as a beautiful moodboard and Rebecca loves combining colour, pattern and material into a palette of ideas, this is the bones of the design and one of the most important steps!

    Emerald

Emerald loves pattern design and particularly enjoys taking inspiration from old designs or interiors. She is most fond of timeless pattern with a modern palette, and adores our range of pastel colours that work so well in any given space.

Emerald loves to bounce ideas back and forth with clients - running through schemes to create gorgeous, unique tile combinations. She loves creating physical moodboards to gain a better understanding of the overall look the client has in mind, pulling textures and colours to enhance the visuals of a scheme and help the client envisage their project.

    Annie

Annie is from Sweden and speaks fluent Swedish. She loves combining a minimalistic Scandinavian aesthetic along with something that tells a story from our Antique collection to create a beautifully contrasting palette.

Annie has a background in Furniture and Interior Design. An avid painter, she uses knowledge of colour and texture to pull together design schemes. Pulling together material palettes are Annie’s favourite way of presenting an initial design concept. Her favourite part of the customer journey is finding out a customer's project and collaborating ideas together.

How It Works
1. Concept

We will meet virtually or in person to talk through your project and discuss initial ideas.

2. Design

See your ideas come to life as we create designs based on your requirements.

3. Finalise

Review designs, talk through any changes, and finalise your bespoke project plan.

What’s Included

You'll get up to an hour with your designer to discuss and share ideas. They can be your impartial second opinion, someone to share creativity with and bounce ideas off or a complete safe pair of hands to guide you through your design process. There is no fee, and no obligation to purchase.

About a week later we will share with you a minimum of one moodboard, or depending on the size of the project we will include a visual of your space too. This is where your project comes to life, along with an itemised quote and a timeline from order through to delivery. The online quote can be used to place your order or your designer can place your order for you, alternatively it can be saved and retrieved at a later date. We will chat through the designs with you, where we can make designs tweaks and hope to help you make an informed decision. We're on hand to help whenever you need us!
