Our Rediscovered collection is a collection of beautifully crackled glazed tiles inspired by the patterns and palettes found in the reclaimed encaustic tiles we’ve been sourcing for years.

Designed by Chrisanna and made in Britain, these tiles are delicately painted by hand.
Clavel is both graphic and elegant; a simple floral shape. The tile evokes a feeling of heritage, with a modern twist. Designed to work as a repeating pattern or dispersed amongst matching plain Cotswold White tiles for a more subtle look. Iris is a soft pink with purple undertones.

Handmade in Wiltshire

Rather than replicating the past, the collection gives these designs a new lease of life. While authentic reclaimed glazed tiles are increasingly rare due to their fragile nature, Rediscovered offers an alternative that captures the spirit and character of reclaimed surfaces while remaining practical for modern interiors.

Each tile is hand-brushed in two directions, a deliberate decision to avoid an overly uniform appearance. A crackled glaze finish gives a tactile richness that enhances its handcrafted character. Visible brush marks, small inconsistencies and pleasing imperfections give each tile its own unique identity.
